Who runs this site
This website, valeriemoe.com, is run by Valerie Moe, REALTOR®, Arizona license #SA686294000, with Keller Williams Realty Sonoran Living, 9200 E. Pima Center Pkwy, Suite 240, Scottsdale, AZ 85250. Each office is independently owned and operated.
This policy explains what this site collects, why, who receives it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Keller Williams' own websites, such as kw.com, have their own privacy policy.

What this site collects
You can read every page of this site without telling us who you are. Information is collected only when you choose to send it:
- Contact and guide forms: your first and last name, email address, phone number if you give one, your message, and your answers to any questions on a guide request form.
- Text message consent: whether you agreed to receive text messages, the date, and the exact consent wording you were shown.
- How you found the site: if you arrived from an ad, email or post, the campaign name attached to that link. This describes the ad, not you, and only the name of the referring website is kept, never the full address you came from.
- Website chat: anything you type into the chat on this site.
This site does not currently use advertising or analytics tracking. If that changes, this policy will be updated first, naming the service and how to opt out. Your browser remembers small settings, such as your light or dark display choice, on your own device only.
Who receives it
We never sell, rent or trade your information. It is shared only as described here:
- My CRM: form submissions go to my Mashore Method CRM, a contact and follow-up system built on the GoHighLevel platform. That is where I keep track of our conversations and follow up with you.
- Website hosting: this site runs on Vercel, which processes your information as it passes through the site.
- Website chat: chat messages are processed by Anthropic, which powers the chat assistant, so it can answer you. Chat messages are not saved to my CRM.
- Your transaction: once we are working together, I share what is needed with the people involved in your purchase or sale, such as your lender, the title and escrow company, and inspectors.
- When the law requires it: if required by law, regulation or a valid legal request.
Each of these services handles information on my behalf under its own published terms.
How your information is used
I use what you send to:
- Reply to your question or request.
- Send the guide you asked for, followed by a short series of emails related to that guide.
- Send my monthly newsletter.
- Send market updates and new listing alerts.
- Work with you on buying or selling a home, once we decide to work together.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops those emails. It does not stop replies about a conversation you started or a transaction we are working on together.
Calls and text messages
Your phone number is saved only if you agree to receive text messages by checking the consent box on a form, and that box is never pre-checked. I then use it to call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. If you give a phone number without checking the box, the number is not saved to my CRM.
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help.
How long information is kept
I keep your information for as long as it is needed to work with you and to keep my business records, or until you ask me to delete it. Transaction records that my brokerage or real estate law requires me to keep are kept for the required period, even if you ask for deletion.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time:
- What information I hold about you.
- To correct anything that is wrong.
- To delete your information, apart from records I am required to keep.
- To stop marketing emails or text messages.

Children
This site is not meant for anyone under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent information through this site, email me and I will delete it.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Questions about this policy or your information are always welcome.
