Luxury homes in Scottsdale, community by community
Luxury homes in Scottsdale are concentrated in a handful of north Scottsdale communities, and each one has its own logic. Silverleaf sits at the top, around a private Tom Weiskopf course, with a meaningful share of activity happening off-market. Desert Mountain has seven golf courses and club membership by approval. Estancia and Whisper Rock are guard-gated, with private clubs near Pinnacle Peak.

Why luxury clients in Scottsdale work with me
I’m Valerie Moe, and I work with Keller Williams Realty Sonoran Living. I started my career in Beverly Hills and the Coachella Valley, where I handled home sales up to $20 million, and I bring that experience and discretion to Scottsdale.
At this level, every home is individual, and comparable sales take judgment. I walk through a home before I discuss value, and I keep conversations and documents private. When negotiations get difficult, I stay calm and show both sides what the numbers support.
How a Scottsdale luxury sale or purchase works
For sellers: a documented price, a decision about how public the sale should be, and presentation that captures the setting: views of the McDowell Mountains or Pinnacle Peak, the course, the lot. See how I present a home.
For buyers: we define the few requirements that matter most, such as a club, a view corridor, acreage or single-level living, then focus the search, including homes that may never reach the MLS. See a search built around your life.
Scottsdale luxury price ranges
Based on my recent market review, approximate ranges are: Silverleaf about $3 million to $30 million or more, Desert Mountain about $1.3 million to $18 million or more, Troon North about $1.2 million to $10 million, and median sales of $4.5 million or more in Estancia and $3.2 million or more in Whisper Rock. All of these shift over time, and club membership and HOA dues are separate costs to plan for.
