Relocating to Scottsdale, without guessing
Relocating to Scottsdale means choosing one part of a long city from a distance. North Scottsdale and the south feel very different day to day, and the communities in between each have their own mix of homes, HOAs and amenities. The listings look similar online. The differences show up in person.

Why relocating buyers work with me
I’m Valerie Moe, with Keller Williams Realty Sonoran Living. I moved my own career to the Sonoran Desert after years in Beverly Hills and the Coachella Valley, so I understand learning a market from the outside. Before you visit, I walk you through what your budget buys in the Scottsdale communities that fit your life.
How a Scottsdale relocation comes together
- A community briefing. Scottsdale’s neighborhoods compared on homes, HOAs, clubs and drive times. See knowing your market.
- A focused visit. A short list of homes and communities chosen in advance.
- Your timeline. The purchase planned around a job start, a lease end or the sale of your current home.
- A calm close from a distance. Inspection, financing and closing coordinated with regular updates.
