DC Ranch Homes at the Foot of the McDowell Mountains

Outside Silverleaf, most DC Ranch villages run roughly $800K to $4M, with condos and townhomes from about $465K and entry-level single-family homes near $900K. A walkable, amenity-rich entry point.

Living in DC Ranch

DC Ranch homes sit in a master-planned community at the foot of the McDowell Mountains, made up of several villages and many neighborhoods. It’s one of the more walkable, amenity-rich parts of north Scottsdale.

Two community centers, Desert Camp and Homestead, offer pools, sport courts and fitness. Market Street at DC Ranch puts shopping and dining inside the community, so many errands don’t need a freeway.

DC Ranch homes and price range

DC Ranch has one of the widest ranges of home types in Scottsdale. Based on my recent market review, condos and townhomes start around $465,000, entry-level single-family homes are near $900,000, and most villages outside Silverleaf run roughly $800,000 to $4 million. All of that shifts over time.

That range makes DC Ranch a common entry point into north Scottsdale. Inside it, Silverleaf is the guard-gated village at the top of the market.

How I represent DC Ranch buyers and sellers

I’m Valerie Moe, with Keller Williams Realty Sonoran Living. In a community with this many villages, the village and the home type matter as much as the address. I compare a home against sales in its own village first, and I walk through it before I talk about price.
