Gainey Ranch homes and condos
Gainey Ranch has 19 neighborhoods: 12 of single-family homes and 7 of condominiums. That mix is what sets it apart. A lock-and-leave condo and a large home on the golf course can be a few minutes’ walk from each other.
Each neighborhood has its own homeowners association in addition to the community association, so the monthly costs differ from one street to the next. I don’t post a price range here, because it changes with the neighborhood. Ask me and I’ll send you what has sold recently in the ones you like.
The Estate Club and golf
The Estate Club is the residents’ club, with a fitness center, tennis, pickleball, pools and social events.
Gainey Ranch Golf Club is a separate club. Before you write an offer, I confirm what a home’s dues cover and how golf membership works, so there are no surprises after closing.
